By custom, on the first Saturday of every month we gather as a community to perform the work of this farm that none of us can do alone. We typically work for three hours in the morning, then share a hot farm lunch and warm conversation. We are committed to making these events a fun and useful learning experience for our volunteers. Over the past four years, they have participated in: seed starting, bed preparation, planting, hoop house construction, seaweed gathering, irrigation management, harvesting and, building bird boxes. We welcome all ages and skill levels, as many hands truly make light work! Many people assist the farm in other ways; if you are interested in joining our efforts, please let us know!

Crows’ Feat Farm is offering community garden space to local residents who wish to learn about, practice and teach regenerative growing methods. These beds will be managed in conjunction with our interactive workshop: Introduction to Regenerative Gardening. If you are interested in participating, please get in touch!

We offer four hands-on learning opportunities: Introduction to Regenerative Gardening, Farm to Table Cooking School, Home Canning Basics, and Poultry Processing. These activities form the day-to-day work of the farm and we welcome members of the community to learn and work alongside us.

Our summer events are an opportunity to bring community together around delicious, fresh food, accompanied by wonderful live music. Food that is grown right here on the farm, with an emphasis on the freshest produce – served buffet style in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. We offer community picnics and concerts every other Sunday during the summer; lunch is served at 1 pm, and the music begins at 3. If you would like to assist with serving and clean-up, you will be our guest for a (non-working!) picnic and concert.
Community Picnics & Concerts
We are good at growing food, and teaching others – not tooting our own horn. If you appreciate the work of the farm, and enjoy spreading the word, we would appreciate your help! Providing photos, telling of your experiences, helping connect like-minded people are wonderful ways to spread the word of our work. Please get in touch and let’s talk!
